Mick has gained a wide range of health & safety knowledge through working hands-on with organisations of all sizes and from all sectors of industry. Particular emphasis is placed on promoting cultural change through the successful management of health & safety by adopting a realistic, pragmatic approach to Regulatory requirements. Also an accomplished occupational trainer skilled in devising, planning, writing and presenting work – based training programmes on a range of Health & Safety and other business topics.

Jennie joined No Nonsense CDM Ltd at the beginning of 2016. She holds the NEBOSH qualification in Construction and the CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme. She is a Member of the Association for Project Safety (APS). Jennie previously worked in both national and local government and holds the ILM certificate and an Advanced Professional Diploma in Public Relations from Leeds Metropolitan University. Her skill set and experience includes negotiation, communication, training and employee engagement and consultation. |
